Thermal Bonding Hard Padding Production Line delivers 40–3000GSM polyester wadding with 95% energy efficiency vs. glue-based lines. ISO 9001 & OEKO-TEX® certified.
Description
1.This machine is mainly used to produce various specifications of hard padding,hard wadding,polyester wadding,non glue wadding,spray glue wadding,imitation silk cotton wadding, needle punch felt,coconut palm mat and geotextile etc.
2.Raw material can be 0.6-30D polyester fiber,down fiber,imitation silk cotton,recycled fiber from waste fabric etc.
3.Can produce different density from 40 to 3000GSM,0.5-25CM thickness hard padding in soft and hard state.
4.Add low melting point fiber in raw material,After pass through a special high-temperature oven,this low melting point fiber will combine all materials together.
5.Also if use glue instead of low melting point fiber mixed in raw material,can make spray glue wadding;If use needle punch machine instead of oven,can make needle punch felt.
6.Use a cutting machine to cutting required size or use a wrapping machine to make a wadding roll.
7.The finished products can use in home textile field like comforter,duvet,quilt,sofa, mattress,insulation purpose like thermal insulation & sound insulation,handbag and other environmentally friendly handicrafts etc.
8.The products produced have strong breath ability, high deformation rebound rate, insulation and noise reduction properties, corrosion resistance, and can resist the erosion of microorganisms, fungi, acids, salts, and hydrocarbons. They are non-toxic, odorless, and do not release harmful substances such as formaldehyde.
