Qingdao Seanoel Industrial And Trade Co., Ltd. was established in 2003.Born with the booming wave of China's home textile industry.We started the manufacturing in a simple and small workshop,and focusing on the development and production of basic home textile equipment.We have produced a car mounted single needle quilting machine,perfectly matched the market demand in China at that time.This has enabled us to gain a large market share and gained great popularity.
We built a new factory which covered 6000 square meters,significantly increasing production capacity.And introduced standardized production processes and passed the ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification,laying a solid foundation for product quality.
At this year,we have formed our own independent R&D team,research on introducing computer control technology.Completed the first generation of computerized multi needle quilting machine,embroidery machine and semi-automatic pillow filling production line,achieving a dual leap in efficiency and precision.
We purchased CNC gantry machining center and other precision machining equipment,Significantly improved component accuracy and product stability. Optimize product structure,develop ultrasonic composite embossing machine and ultrasonic cutting machine,suitable for large-scale production of various fabric and products in home textile field.
