This machine processes polyester, recycled fiber, cotton, and wool into adjustable wadding layers with customizable width and density. It works with quilting and needle-punch equipment to produce quilts, blankets, insulation materials, mattresses, cushions, and various textile products.
Description
1.The machine can use polyester fiber,recycled fiber from waste fabric,Cotton,Wool.
2.Mainly use to opening fiber and carding them into wadding layer with certain thickness and width.
3.Final product width can be 2400-3200MM customized.
4.Final product density can be adjusted from 60-800GSM.You can add one more set machine to make more thick wadding.
5.Usually use conjunction with other devices like multi needle quilting machine, embroidery quilting machine,needle punch machine and etc.
6.Can use to produce summer quilt,air condition quilt,windproof quilt,blanket, needle-punched felt,carpet,sound insulation material,thermal insulation material, mattress,cushion,greenhouse quilt etc.
