Description
1.Tight sewing mattress side border edge fabric,avoid thick fabric can’t cover tape.
2.It has twin needle bar design and the high needle bar stroke is 16MM,upper looper stroke is 15MM
3.Upper and lower feeding together with pressure foot,with excellent feeding ability, The ultra-thick fabric passes smoothly with beautiful stitches.
4.Pneumatic presser foot lifting,Adopt ultra-wide zigzag type upper knife,equipped strong suction waste collection chimney.
5.With auto oiling system ensuring sufficient lubrication;Cartridge oil filter,easy for replacement and cleaning.
6.Thread and needle can be lubricated and cooled by C10 oil, avoiding the thread and needle breakage when thread leaping.
7.Imported needle position motor support sewing in high speed without troubles.
8.The machine can sew both thin material with 10mm and thick material with 80mm.
