Comforter Core Carding Machine
This machine processes polyester fiber, cotton, wool, and recycled fibers into thick wadding for comforter cores. Layered by rotating wooden rollers, it allows adjustable size, integrates UV sterilization, and features a horizontal cutting blade for direct cutting after production.
Description
1.The machine can process polyester fiber,cotton,wool and recycled fiber from waste fabric etc.
2.Mainly use to combing raw material to thick wadding,use for comforter core
3.By continuously rotating the wooden roller, the combed single-layer fiber mesh is stacked layer by layer to create a filling material with a certain thickness
4.By change the wooden roller diameter and width can adjust the wadding length and width
5.Equipped with ultraviolet germicidal and mite-removing lamp, which can effectively kill harmful bacteria.
6.Come with a horizontal cutting blade, which can be cut directly after production.
