Description
1.According to the purpose of the foam, different raw material configurations can be selected,generally ranging from 13-20 components.
2.This machine is capable of continuously producing high-density foam block,foam sheet and foam roll(soft polyurethane foam plastic).
3.It stores multi components raw material in the material tank,All material are proportioned by a metering pump,then send to mixing head.
4.All components raw material mixing at a high speed and send to an overflow tank (or swing head).
5.The raw materials overflow and bubble on the bottom plate after heating and curing process.
6.Foam will be cut into foam block based on the required length by the cutting machine which installed at the exit of the baking tunnel.Then delivery to the curing area via a conveyor belt.
7.It can also be paired with a long sheet cutting machine and a rolling machine to produce different thickness foam roll.
